Waldon Abel Guide Pins has aways been a small, home-based business, owned and operated by family members for over 56 years. WAGP specializes in supplying customers with quantities of guide pins at prices that cannot be matched by large distributors. We offer ten guide pin varieties.

Judie Ward, first started WAGP back in 1968, in the basement of their New Jersey home. Her daughter Sandy Moore remembers spending her evenings, for many years, squeezed into our small "guide pin room" with her mom and two older sisters, assembling thousands upon thousands of guide pins, which her mom would then ship out to customers around the country.

In 2010 Judie Ward, at the age of 77, retired and passed the business on to Sandy. Sandy and husband Rick ran the company until Dec 2024. Keeping with family tradition, their son and daughter were involved in many aspects of the operation. They worked hard to carry on Judie Wards’ long tradition of producing the highest quality products at affordable prices; providing fast, reliable product delivery; and offering friendly, personalized customer service. We do everything we can to satisfy our customers and make my mom proud.

In Dec. 2024 Sandy and Rick Retired and sold WAGP to Tom Ferreira. Tom is a 10+ year past customer of WAGP from Rohrer Corp. and Castleast LLC. Tom has made a promise to Sandy and Rick to keep the business going.
