Welcome to Waldon Abel Guide Pins!

WAGP is a small, home-based business, owned and operated by my family for over 40 years. We specialize in supplying customers with smaller quantities of guide pins at prices that cannot be matched by large distributors. We offer ten guide pin varieties.

My mom, Judie Ward, first started WAGP back in 1968, in the basement of our New Jersey home. As an eight-year-old child, I was too young to operate the large (and loud) crimping machine, but I remember spending my evenings, for many years, squeezed into our small "guide pin room" with my mom and my two older sisters, assembling thousands upon thousands of guide pins, which my mom would then ship out to customers around the country.

As my sisters and I grew older and headed off to college and beyond, my mom found other willing guide pin assemblers, although she continued to run the business herself. In 2010, at the age of 77, my mom retired and passed the business on to me. My husband Rick and I now run the company but, in keeping with family tradition, our son and daughter are involved in many aspects of the operation. My family and I work hard to carry on my mom's long tradition of producing the highest quality products at affordable prices; providing fast, reliable product delivery; and offering friendly, personalized customer service. We do everything we can to satisfy our customers and make my mom proud.

We value your patronage and will strive to always provide the great products and services that have earned Waldon Abel Guide Pins loyal customers over the last 40 years. Don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you have any questions. Whatever your guide pin need, my family and I look forward to working with you!

Sincerely,
Sandy Moore
